HMB Family Enterprise (HMBFE) is a multifaceted company dedicated to excellence in Business Development, Business Consultancy, E-commerce, and Transportation. Founded by James E. Bowman, Jr. to honor the lineage and legacy of his grandparents Holland, Morrison, and Bowman, HMBFE is committed to making a meaningful impact across various industries. Rooted in tradition and driven by innovation, HMBFE is a true enterprise, specializing in real estate, e-commerce, transportation, business development, business partnerships, and philanthropy. The vision for James was to ultimately start a family business for his children, James McCullough Bowman and Brandi Bowman, and their grandchildren, Logan and Khaloni.
Real Estate
Our business model focuses on acquiring land and building affordable homes in low-income communities nationwide. By prioritizing residential projects that generate substantial positive cash flow, we aim to uplift communities and provide quality housing. Once these initiatives are established, we plan to venture into commercial real estate, further expanding our impact and reach.
E-commerce
Recognizing the power of social media and online retail, we have launched multiple stores on platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, Printify, and Amazon Associates. This strategic move allows us to partner with major brands and become prominent online retailers without the need to purchase or store inventory, thus maximizing efficiency and profitability.
Transportation
HMBFE operates a small fleet of cargo vans dedicated to shipping general freight over the road. As we continue to grow, we will expand our transportation services to include local contracts in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery solutions across the region.
